Job Summary
Lead Employer Brand Specialist responsible for shaping and activating Jabil’s employer brand globally. Plan and oversee social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed, Glassdoor); develop and execute employer brand strategy and persuasive content for internal and external audiences; manage external vendors for brand activation and recruitment marketing across owned, earned, and paid media; launch targeted campaigns to attract high-quality candidates; analyze metrics for branding programs and recruitment efforts; support employee advocacy and training initiatives; leverage tools and platforms (CRM, Beamery, Workday, SEO, programmatic advertising) to optimize multi-channel campaigns; collaborate with Talent Acquisition Global Process teams, regional leaders, and Corporate Communications. Education and experience requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications and 7-10+ years in recruitment marketing/employer branding, with proficiency in graphics tools and strong writing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- 7-10+ years of experience focused on recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Experience with multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns (paid media, CRM, other technologies)
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or equivalent
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- In-house talent acquisition experience preferred
