Lead residential electrical installations including wiring, panels, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring all work meets safety standards and local building codes. Oversee job sites to complete projects efficiently, on time, and to quality standards while mentoring junior electricians through on-the-job coaching and training. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, serving as the escalation point for challenging service calls. Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication, identify opportunities for system upgrades to drive revenue growth, and maintain accurate documentation of installations and materials. Requires valid electrician's license, strong technical expertise, and ability to work in varying conditions. Hourly wage range $29–$45 with performance-based growth.
