Job Summary
Lead Technical Design role in Nuclear Design for the Power Providers Market Sector. The position supports Nuclear facilities by developing high-quality electrical design drawings and deliverables (2D/3D) using industry tools such as Bentley MicroStation and other Bentley software; requires strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, project budgets, and schedules. Responsibilities include creating and modifying electrical design drawings, ensuring technical quality and adherence to budgets and timelines, supervising engineering technicians, coordinating with multiple disciplines, establishing design standards, reviewing design inputs for consistency, and driving continuous improvement of design guides and processes. Preferred experience includes lighting design support with AGI32, and Smart Plant Electrical. Education prerequisites include an Associate Degree in Drafting or related Technology with a minimum of 15 years related work experience; a Bachelor Degree in Engineering Design Technology is preferred. The role may offer hybrid or flexible work options after the first 90 days. Colorado state office location with salary range of $133,881 – $223,575.
