Job Summary
Lead project-level electronics design for battery-powered Sonicare products from concept through industrialization and production readiness. Design schematics, guide printed circuit board layouts, and resolve cross-disciplinary hardware issues with firmware, mechanical, and supplier teams. Apply design for manufacturing and test principles to support automated functional testing and analyze production data for quality-critical trends. Collaborate with global colleagues and partners, including about 10% international travel to Asia and Europe.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on electronics hardware design experience
- ownership of battery-powered products in high-volume consumer, regulated healthcare, connected, or motorized device environments
- lithium-ion battery system design
