Job Summary

Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for design, development, integration, and testing of electrical subsystems for advanced aerospace hardware; duties include schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, firmware development for control/monitoring/data acquisition, hardware bring-up, fault diagnosis across hardware and software, system validation, cross-disciplinary collaboration, documentation, and field testing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 2+ years of professional, research, or hands-on engineering experience
  • Experience designing circuits and developing PCB-based hardware
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware debugging
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other common laboratory equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on engineering environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary engineering teams
