Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on electrical assembly experience (machine manufacturing or equipment assembly environment strongly preferred)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience—lead tech, team lead, foreman, or similar
- Strong proficiency working at a bench assembling electrical components
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
- Skilled in wiring tasks: cutting, stripping, routing, crimping, and terminating wires
- High attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
