Job Summary
Lead Electrical Assembly Technician responsible for leading electrical assembly of projects, coordinating with the assembly team leader and project team leader/director of operations. Responsibilities include leading electrical assembly, attending project meetings, collaborating with the Lead Mechanical Assembly Tech through build, debug, and commissioning, providing manufacturing and assembly support, assisting engineering with design issues, performing I/O checks and program loads for qualification, ensuring milestone dates are met, providing field support for new installations with travel, and working independently within a cross-functional team while building strong relationships with team members and clients. Travel is required. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and schematics, PLC/HMI/robot programming, and strong electrical analytical and leadership skills are required.

- Strong electrical analytical skills to assemble and troubleshoot industrial machines.
- Strong time management and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in reading and editing PLC, HMI, & robot programs.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and schedules.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Willingness to learn and desire to contribute as part of a dynamic and productive team.
- Travel is required
