Job Summary
Assist teachers with activities including Career Exploration endeavors, homework completion, and small group sessions tailored to individual student needs. Monitor students during snack time and program hours to ensure safety while implementing positive behavioral interventions. Collaborate with the Principal's Department, teachers, and staff to create structured daily schedules and promote student engagement through educational activities. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and attend scheduled meetings prior to student arrival. Maintain attendance records and prepare materials by documenting in the Efforts To Outcomes data system. Shift runs Monday through Thursday from 2:30pm to 6:30pm, with occasional Fridays from 10am to 2pm. High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

- Scheduled Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm-6:30pm Occasional Fridays 10am-2pm
Desired Qualifications
- Some college coursework in education or related field
- Previous experience working with children
