Job Summary
Lead Bhumi's education interventions in Shelter homes under the Bhumi Clubs initiative, ensuring quality program delivery through structured interventions in English, Maths, and STEM. Maximize student learning outcomes while improving volunteer retention and developing volunteer leadership to strengthen program ownership. Oversee daily operations, track project milestones, and achieve programmatic goals within a full-time, virtual schedule. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least two years of volunteering experience, reporting to the Bhumi Clubs Manager to support Bhumi's mission of educating 1 lakh children by 2035.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant field or a fellowship
- Minimum 2 years of Volunteering experience and community engagement
- Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based project
- Good understanding of pedagogy
- Proactive, Self-Monitored, Resourceful, Accountable
- Problem solving and Decision-making skills are essential
- High Emotional maturity
- Age Criteria : under 35 years
