Job Summary
The Lead Education Application Engineer will develop and deliver training content for education on analog/mixed-signal design. Key responsibilities include collaborating with product engineers and R&D to identify training needs, creating and updating educational materials, delivering courses, and offering online support for customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, extensive IC layout experience, and deep knowledge of layout verification and simulation processes. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 4-6 years of relevant experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 4-6 years of related working experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Extensive IC layout experience in analog/mixed-signal domains
- Knowledge of physical design and sign-off flow
- Demonstrated ability to deliver robust layouts
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Cadence design tools such as Virtuoso, Pegasus, PVS, Quantus, and the SKILL IDE
- CAD experience
- Worked on PDK development/PDK Cockpit
