Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate supervisory and technical duties for the Cardio Diagnostics Department, ensuring efficient operation and staff competency. Allocate and monitor patient care and technical work for echosonographers while delivering high-quality care across assigned age-specific populations. Educate staff on echocardiogram techniques for performance, including pediatric, adult, vascular, and EKG studies, and ensure proficiency in technical work. Maintain operational continuity through flexible on-call availability as needed. This onsite day shift role (8am–5:30pm) includes rotating weekend and weekday evening calls.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 2 years experience in Echocardiography
- This role is an onsite position
- report onsite daily as scheduled
