Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children through classroom management and curriculum implementation. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. Ensure compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards while engaging in physical activity indoors or outdoors. Earn $22–$23 hourly with bi-weekly or daily pay options, plus access to health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and paid sick leave.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18
