Job Summary
Oversee group home site operations while providing direct care to residents. Assist the Program Manager with daily staffing, client programming, training, and scheduling. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and open shifts to cover site needs. Requires three years of group home experience and valid driver's license. Join a family-owned organization providing a full continuum of health care services from disability services to hospice care.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS
- Three (3) years of group home experience
- Must be able to flex hours as needed to cover open shifts, including evenings and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of management/scheduling experience
