Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medication and monitor vital signs under nurse supervision while implementing individualized care plans and maintaining a clean, safe living environment. Engage residents in recreational activities to ensure their safety, well-being, and respect for resident rights. This role requires a compassionate DSP with 2-3 years of experience to work full-time PM shifts in St. Paul, MN, lifting up to 50 pounds. IF! Required Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid US driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- 2-3 years of DSP experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
