Job Summary
Oversee, support, and provide direct care to individuals served by Hope Network across various settings, ensuring implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral support plans. Assist with daily living activities, personal care, medications, and community outings while building positive relationships to encourage independence. Mentor, train, and orient new staff, provide guidance to team members when supervisors are unavailable, and manage on-call responsibilities. Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This role requires a compassionate, dependable individual with strong communication skills to model person-centered support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
