Lead DSP - Full Time - Bay Valley

Oversee, support, and provide direct care to individuals served by Hope Network across various settings, including assisting with daily living, personal care, and medications. Lead on shift by modeling person-centered support, promoting independence, and ensuring the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral support plans. Mentor, train, and orient new staff while providing guidance to team members when supervisors are unavailable. Manage on-call rotation responsibilities and help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This role fosters positive relationships and encourages community engagement through outings and activities.
