LEAD DRIVER - DEN

Lead Driver/Supervisor responsible for leading a team of drivers, optimizing schedules and routes for profitability, recruiting, interviewing, training, and mentoring drivers, and coordinating fleet maintenance with the Fleet Manager. Oversees safety audits and safety meetings, promotes safe work practices, and manages local permits, vehicle registrations, and airport transportation relationships while ensuring paperwork and protocols are handled promptly. Field time is 50-75% of the shift; Sundays and holidays are part of the schedule. Requires strong leadership and organizational skills, a commitment to safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer service, and the ability to meet driving requirements (insurable by company motor vehicle insurance). Compensation includes $22.00 per hour base, plus daily cash tips and a monthly safety bonus.
