Job Summary
Develop and implement diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives for client organizations, aligning activities with company AAP plans and goals. Analyze diversity metrics, team behaviors, and processes to drive program changes, while leading process analysis to mitigate bias and support equity. Facilitate global team interventions, design change management strategies, and conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit business needs. Create reporting dashboards, synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, and prepare briefings on trends and implications. Manage full-cycle projects from development through evaluation, providing thought leadership to improve organizational performance and build leader inclusion capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Master's degree with 6 years
- PhD with 3 years of experience
