Job Summary
Supervise and assist in shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and bin maintenance responsibilities within a high-volume distribution environment. Ensure building security, oversee daily parts orders and shipping processes, and manage employee assignments for receiving and replenishment tasks. Perform cycle counting, inventory checks, and manage returns. Train new employees on SAP systems and warehouse safety procedures. Proficiency with various warehouse equipment such as forklifts and barcode scanners is essential, along with effective communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years in a high-volume distribution environment required.
- Manage and meet multiple tasks and deadline skills.
- The ability to use a computer to enter and/or retrieve multiple amounts of information.
Desired Qualifications
- Some experience operating in a SAP system preferred.
- Knowledge, skill, and ability to safely operate and train others on all forms of equipment in the warehouse.
