Job Summary
Lead Distribution Outfitter trains, assigns, and supervises department personnel; schedules and analyzes workflow, ensures safety and housekeeping standards, monitors training and procedures, and supports leadership with ongoing communication. Responsible for attendance tracking, startup meetings, and potential cross-training in other departments; may handle special projects and participate in management training. Requires flexibility in scheduling, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong leadership, communication, and safety knowledge. Location: Wheeling, WV distribution center; full-time role with benefits at Bass Pro Shops.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience and knowledge of multiple departments
- Strong leadership and motivational ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of safety methods and procedures
