Lead Dispensing Nurse

Lead Dispensing Nurse responsible for nursing leadership within an MAT clinic, ensuring appropriate nursing coverage for dispensing and medical operations, compliance with Federal and state regulations, delegation to CNAs and technicians, and collaboration with Nursing Supervisor and Medical Director. Leads scheduling, performance improvement, patient care, crisis intervention, and participation in treatment teams and staff meetings. Requires RN licensure in Ohio with 3-5 years’ experience, HIPAA/regulatory knowledge, strong communication skills, EMR proficiency, and ability to manage a nursing team in an outpatient clinic setting.
