Lead Dispatcher/Return Clerk

Lead daily dispatching and returns processing for a 7-day furniture delivery operation. Oversee driver assignments, route coordination, delivery tracking, returns/claims handling, and team compliance. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Operate on a 5-day work week with rotating days (week-to-week schedule). Bi-language is a plus, and Dispatch Track application knowledge is a plus but not necessary.
