Lead Director – Payment Integrity Operational Execution and Strategy

Lead and oversee the business strategy team by setting strategic objectives and driving the organization's overall business strategy for Payment Integrity. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term plans, align strategies with company vision, and conduct performance evaluations to mentor team members. Drive successful execution of strategic initiatives by translating ambiguous problems into frameworks that inform short and long-term business strategies. Advise general managers on strategic alignment tools and program management methodologies for risk management and change control. Identify business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with organizational objectives while contributing to planning budgets for strategic initiatives. Create executive-ready reporting on program outcomes and business impacts to inform future planning, and lead change initiatives that communicate transitions to stakeholders. Manage relationships with business partners, HealthPlan leaders, data teams, and Legal to ensure cohesiveness in departmental operations.
