Job Summary
Lead Director – Finance Reporting & AI/ML Transformation to modernize enterprise reporting, dashboards, and decision-support across Finance and adjacent functions. Drive AI/ML-enabled process transformation, advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation; establish scalable reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and performance measurement models; oversee teams, governance, and value realization. Engage senior Finance and business leaders to shape transformation roadmaps, partner with IT/Data functions, and stay current with emerging analytics technologies to deliver impactful, explainable AI-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience within a large, complex organization
- Minimum 1 year of experience delivering Generative AI applications into production
- Willingness to travel 10% (including plane) based on project needs
