Job Summary
Lead Director, Enterprise Sponsorship Strategy & Operations at CVS Health. Drive sponsorship strategy, executive communications, governance, and measurement across enterprise sports sponsorships; partner with the Executive Director to shape priorities, translate goals into actionable plans, and deliver executive-ready materials. Synthesize inputs into clear narratives, establish coordination mechanisms, and oversee KPI design and dashboards. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand Strategy, Activation, Insights, Communications, Merchandising, and other partners to ensure sponsorships align with enterprise objectives. Role supports a remote or hybrid work arrangement in the US. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, executive partnership, governance, communications integration, performance measurement, and capability building for a high-performing sponsorship function.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in strategy, operations, marketing, consulting, or partnership management
- 5+ years’ experience leading or supporting enterprise-level initiatives with regular exposure to senior leadership
- 5+ years’ experience managing or influencing multi-million-dollar partnerships, programs, or budgets
- 5+ years’ experience in sports sponsorships or partnership-led marketing
- Strong communication skills with executive-level narratives
- Experience developing operating models and governance frameworks
- Masters Degree or equivalent experience
