Lead Director, Claim Management – Provider Digital Operations

Develop and execute comprehensive transaction strategies and roadmaps for Aetna's Claim suite, covering submission, status, attachments, and remittances. Oversee transaction performance, defect resolution, and incident response coordination while leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects from initiation through completion. Ensure ongoing compliance through annual security risk assessments, user entitlement validation, and business continuity planning. Monitor expenditures, prepare progress reports to stakeholders, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks. Drive improvements in provider experience, reduce rework, and improve key metrics such as NPS through performance management and team leadership.
