Job Summary
Lead Director – Agile Practice Management directs and coordinates agile teams, oversees Scrum events, coaches and mentors team members and stakeholders, supports the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization, and drives strategy to monitor progress with established metrics. The role advises on change-management approaches, governance, and ROI, aligns agile coaching programs with organizational goals, and promotes collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement to accelerate time-to-market for healthcare products and services.
Required Qualifications
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) required
- 10-15+ years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
