Lead Direct Support Staff - HAB Program

Lead Direct Support Staff providing supervision, skill-building, and community integration support to individuals with chronic mental illness in residential, home, and community settings. Responsibilities include teaching and reinforcing daily living, social, functional, advocacy, and community integration skills; facilitating group learning and support activities; training and mentoring new Direct Support Staff; providing supervision and protective oversight; documenting services and communicating with the team to ensure quality care; assisting with implementing house rules to support client goals and independence; and transporting clients to appointments, jobs, and community activities.
