Job Summary
Lead Direct Support Professional in our group homes to support people with disabilities to live successfully in their homes and participate in their communities. Responsibilities include assisting with planning, promoting hobbies and recreation, meal planning and household tasks, personal shopping and budgeting, scheduling and attending medical appointments with medication administration, developing independent living skills, safety and problem-solving education, and collaborating with the program manager on staff training and coaching. Must work independently and within a team; driving duties require a valid driver’s license.
