Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships to help individuals grow, learn, and live well by taking initiative to integrate them into the community. Cover a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week from 8am to 8pm, alternating weekends with supervisors, with flexibility for call-offs. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record to ensure safe transport for participants. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to enhancing care and independence for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
- Clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy
- Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
