Job Summary
Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential program. Responsibilities include ADL assistance, medication administration, therapy-plan implementation, resident engagement and safety, documentation of daily activities and health observations, leadership and mentoring of other DSPs, on-call rotation participation, filling open shifts, and collaboration with the Residential Program Manager to promote independence, community integration, and residents’ rights and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Tennessee Class D license
- Medication administration certification
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Tennessee driver�s license
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Training requirements compliance
