Job Summary
Lead Direct Support Professional responsible for providing direct support and personal care to individuals in their own homes, helping develop independent living skills, transporting to appointments, administering medication, maintaining records, and coordinating with families and team members. Duties may include lead responsibilities such as menu planning and grocery shopping for the house, acting as backup for the supervisor, developing/overseeing the activity calendar, coordinating medical appointments for residents, providing MAR and medication reviews, money management oversight, and staff scheduling.
