Lead Direct Support Professional

Lead by example, coaching Direct Support Professionals, while assisting with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement. Ensure person-centered plans and behavior plans are followed accurately, administer medications, and maintain a clean, safe home environment. Transport individuals to appointments, advocate for their needs, and support independence goals through budgeting and household routines. Complete required documentation including progress notes, incident reports, and daily logs, while communicating effectively with team members for clear shift hand-offs. Maintain proper documentation for all care activities and support day-to-day home operations in partnership with leadership.
