Job Summary
Partner with Group Home Managers to ensure program standards, quality services, and compliance with agency policies are maintained. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Direct Support Professionals while overseeing daily residential operations. Deliver direct support in daily living skills, health and wellness, community integration, and social-emotional development. Communicate effectively with guardians, medical providers, and community agencies while advocating for residents' rights and independence. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and minimum of three years of DSP experience. Full-time role with competitive pay, weekend differential, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 3 years of DSP experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs
- Ability to successfully complete: State and federal criminal background checks
- Ability to successfully complete: Drug screening
- Ability to successfully complete: Pre-employment physical and PPD testing
- Willingness to complete all required orientation and pre-service training
Desired Qualifications
- One year of lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience
