Job Summary
Lead Dining Server to assist leadership with daily dining operations in a senior living community. Responsible for delighting residents in breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serving meals with a smile, assisting with resident meals, guest service, and special events, ensuring compliance with food service regulations and survey readiness, and training/mentoring new dining team members. Supports the leadership team in daily dining operations; schedule includes Weekdays with specific shift times and weekend coverage. Starts at $19/hour with credit for experience; full-time, wage-only position with no gratuities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of dining service experience
- 1+ years of lead server or food service leadership preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
