Job Summary
Lead Dining Room Server at Belmont Village Senior Living. Lead role with special event dining service, supervise servers in the absence of the Dining Room Manager, provide attentive service to assigned tables, take orders, ensure correct temperature and presentation, prepare and set up dining room, collaborate with residents and other departments for events, assist with Room Service, and maintain cleanliness. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, clear English communication, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, 1 year restaurant server experience, leadership and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- 1 year prior Restaurant Server experience with demonstrated knowledge of dining etiquette
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members
- Demonstrates leadership skills, a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
