Job Summary
Lead enterprise-scale, multi-site implementations and executive reporting for MIM clinical software platform deployments. Coordinate across Digital, Imaging/Modality, Clinical Applications, Services, and Customer IT to install, configure, validate, and support MIM deployments and integrations. Manage multiple projects, scope, risks, timelines, and customer expectations while partnering with clinicians and IT to align workflows to clinical use cases. Mentor project managers and drive continuous improvement. Own planning, configuration, integration, go-live, and clinical adoption for complex healthcare environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in software/digital implementation project management
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with enterprise software deployment and healthcare interoperability
- Knowledge of networks, servers, and security fundamentals
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years in multi-site or enterprise deployments
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience with system architecture, integration, and security frameworks
- PMP/PMI-ACP/PRINCE2/CSM certifications
