Job Summary

Lead Digital Product Analyst role focused on driving site performance and customer insights. You’ll partner with Digital Product, Engineering, Site Merchandising, and Data Platform teams to design and analyze A/B tests, build and maintain dashboards in Heap and Looker to monitor funnel performance and conversion KPIs, and translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations. Responsibilities include defining/validating site tracking across analytics systems, developing data models to support site analytics tooling, and shaping product and eCommerce strategy through deep-dive analyses of on-site behavior. The ideal candidate has strong SQL, experience with analytics tools and BI platforms, and a track record of delivering data-driven insights that inform roadmaps and feature development.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in site analytics, eCommerce analytics, or digital product analytics
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with site analytics tools (Heap preferred) and BI tools (Looker preferred)
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests (Optimizely or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in statistics (hypothesis testing, significance calculations, regression analysis)
  • Experience collaborating with engineering/product teams on tracking and instrumentation
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder communication and project management skills
  • Understanding of eCommerce performance metrics funnels and customer journeys
