Job Summary
The Lead - Digital & AI position involves ensuring successful deployment of administrative processes and standard office applications within plants. Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement of office automation applications, supporting Group projects, managing feature requests, and collaborating with business and vendor teams. The role demands 8-10 years of experience applying AI, knowledge of ML, and programming languages including C++, C#, and Python. The candidate must have strong analytical and people management skills, as well as the ability to conceptualize reporting formats and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions
- Ability to demonstrate extensive abilities as a team leader
- Good analytical skills from a functional technology perspective
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify trends and conceptualize reporting formats
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ML, Google App Engine, Big Query, Google Data Studio
- Exposure in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Automation Anywhere
- Understanding of programming constructs (C++, C#, Java, Python, Visual Basic, VBA.net)
