Job Summary
Schedules, implements, and maintains a preventative maintenance program for all vehicles and equipment at the division. Directs, trains, and oversees technicians to ensure all jobs are completed safely, prioritizing delegation and instruction for the team. Performs and directs adjustments, inspections, and rebuilds of mechanical components while guaranteeing accurate documentation through the Transman program. Conducts operational analysis to maximize resource utilization and correct deficiencies immediately, ensuring full DOT compliance. Coordinates maintenance activities with associated departments to maximize customer satisfaction and efficient equipment usage. Establishes personal development plans for technicians and leads initiatives to advance their career paths within the company.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid CDL Class B with an air brake endorsement
- OSHA 10 or 30 card
- 1-year clean CDL Driving experience
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
