Job Summary
Architect and implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Harness.io, GitHub Actions, and Terraform to ensure consistent cloud provisioning on AWS or GCP. Optimize pipeline reliability, speed, and security posture by integrating vulnerability scanning, secret management, and observability tools like Splunk and Wiz. Collaborate with application and security teams to define branching strategies, automate release gates, and migrate legacy systems to modern container/Kubernetes platforms. Diagnose infrastructure errors, enforce logging standards for compliance, and build reusable pipeline templates to accelerate delivery across teams. Mentor junior engineers on frameworks and technical issues while researching emerging tools for internal adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline
- Typically Minimum of 6 years years of experience in IT with expertise in complex technology solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with policy-as-code tools (OPA, policy frameworks)
- Exposure to security automation (vulnerability scanning, secrets management)
- Understanding of Git branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development)
- GCP/Azure cloud certification
- SAFe certified
- Working with remote teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore)
- Experience with managing a large code base that is a mixture of legacy code and modern technology, preferably experience with moving legacy code to the cloud
- Experience with SF DX
- Experience with continuous integration build engines, such as Jenkins
