Job Summary
Lead DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Azure-based cloud infrastructure, lead DevOps strategy and team initiatives, and drive automation, security, and cost-efficiency. Focus areas include serverless Azure Functions, Event Grids, Service Bus, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, YAML, Octopus Deploy), IaC (Azure) adoption, security/compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR), KPIs, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Eligible for a base salary of $135K-$150K with flexible remote work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a DevOps role or equivalent
- Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
- Development/scripting skills (C#, React, NodeJS, SQL Server, .NET Core, GitHub)
- Security and compliance knowledge (PCI DSS, GDPR)
- Experience with SaaS solutions and SDLC
- Team leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong communication skills
