Job Summary
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will support scrum teams in deploying code on AWS cloud, establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and implement DevSecOps practices. Key responsibilities include collaborating with teams for release management, optimizing AWS for performance and cost efficiency, and embedding security within operations. Candidates should have significant experience with AWS and CI/CD tools, as well as strong scripting and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a DevOps or SRE role
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps practices
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with scrum teams
- Analytical mindset to identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues
Desired Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
