Job Summary
Drive adoption of Release Orchestration, Orchestrated Patching, and DevOps Engineering Services across Swift by assessing delivery practices and defining improvement roadmaps. Coach teams on DevOps, DevSecOps, and software delivery best practices while accelerating onboarding and enabling successful platform adoption. Embed security, compliance, and resilience controls into delivery pipelines through Compliance-as-Code and Policy-as-Code initiatives, supporting regulatory automation and audit readiness. Define reusable pipeline blueprints and architectural patterns to reduce engineering toil, acting as a trusted advisor to Product Owners and Engineering Leads. Mentor engineers and contribute to DevOps communities of practice to promote continuous improvement and engineering excellence within the Customer Success team.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software delivery, DevOps, automation, or platform engineering
- Proven experience driving DevOps transformation and adoption across multiple teams
- Experience working with security, compliance, and governance requirements in software delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (CloudBees CI/CD/RO, Jenkins, Git, Nexus, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with Automation technologies (Python, Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with Container platforms (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Compliance-as-Code, release orchestration, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, or DevOps maturity assessments
