Job Summary
Lead DevOps Engineer Team Lead responsible for designing, configuring, automating, and maintaining build pipelines for deploying infrastructure and code, optimizing DevOps AI tooling, and ensuring production and client-facing environments. Mentors DevOps engineers, coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client-facing groups, and drives cloud-agnostic infrastructure initiatives on AWS/Azure using Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure ARM Templates, Azure DevOps, and Argo CI/CD. Leverages PowerShell for automation, implements monitoring and automated testing frameworks, and contributes to architecture decisions to meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. Strong communication and Agile collaboration are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with automation, configuration management, and DevOps engineering practices
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Azure and AWS infrastructure including Kubernetes, Terraform, VMSS, VM, AKS, App Gateway, network resources, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics
- Demonstrated mastery with Azure, AWS, GitHub and Azure DevOps CI/CD methodology
- Experience leading technical initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving delivery across multiple stakeholders
- Experience evaluating, adopting, or optimizing AI-enabled DevOps tools and automation strategies is strongly preferred
- Knowledge on how to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in test and production environments
- Effective analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
