Job Summary
Lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules. Architect solutions using ServiceNow best practices while developing complex server-side and client-side scripting. Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. Provide technical guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and monitor platform health for performance tuning. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and stay current with new platform features. Requires 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management), and SPM (formerly ITBM)
- Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (both client and server-side)
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation capabilities
- Proven experience in handling complex ServiceNow projects and leading development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies in ServiceNow environments
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
