Job Summary
Champion and adopt best practices like writing clean, reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns while overseeing the entire software consulting cycle from ideation to production. Design solutions that solve client problems within constraints, leveraging Python, React, AWS, and AI skills alongside continuous delivery and DevSecOps tools to shift security left. Collaborate with teammates to build features and prototypes, advocating for technical excellence and fostering an inclusive team culture. Act as a mentor to less experienced peers, bridging product and technology to translate business needs into software requirements. Work onsite at the Thoughtworks office or client location five days a week, supported by a cultivation culture that balances autonomy with development programs.
