Lead Developer (m/w/d)

Act as the technical lead and primary point of contact for customer teams, translating business requirements into high-quality software and data solutions. Guide development teams through complex project lifecycles, from architectural analysis and code review to deployment pipelines, ensuring adherence to best practices. Foster internal and external knowledge exchange while coaching teams on technical growth and new methodologies. This role requires at least six years of software development experience, preferably in a service environment with diverse clients, alongside strong communication skills for direct customer interaction. The position involves no disciplinary management but focuses on technical leadership and partnership.
