Job Summary
Lead Full-Stack Software development using Java, Spring, Angular, and relational databases within modern container environments. Design and implement state-of-the-art architectures with comprehensive documentation following the arc42 approach and UML standards. Ensure high quality throughout the software development lifecycle through code reviews and pair programming sessions. Drive implementation responsibilities in projects involving an English-speaking team with direct exchange with colleagues and customers. Maintain CI/CD infrastructure on Gitlab-CI and uphold strict quality standards. Requires C1 German and B2 English proficiency. Offers a hybrid work model, optional four-day week, and flexible trust-based hours.
Required Qualifications
