Job Summary
Lead Developer role focusing on guiding and coaching teams to deliver high-quality software for client projects. Responsibilities include championing best practices (TDD, pair programming, design patterns), overseeing end-to-end delivery from ideation to production, advocating continuous delivery, designing technology solutions within constraints, collaborating with teammates to build features and prototypes with UX considerations, applying evolving technology thinking from our Technology Radar, coding alongside developers, championing DevSecOps to shift security left, and fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented team culture.
Required Qualifications
- 11 to 15 years of experience with Java, React, Azure
- Led software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous
- Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, CI, pairing and infrastructure automation
- Bonus: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes experience
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities
- Ability to translate business needs to software requirements
- Experience delivering high-quality software in client-facing environments
- Willingness to work onsite at client locations as needed
